E-Cards' Image Submission Program:

E-Cards' Contributor:
This program is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a quality photo, graphic image, animation or artistic composition. If selected by our Artist Review Panel, the submission will become part of our site's array of memorable imagery. Approved contributors will receive a direct link to their image(s) for faster E-Card access and sending. 		  E-Cards' Artist:
To become a member of this program, an E-Cards contributor must have a total of 4 images selected for posting on E-Cards. E-Cards' artists may choose to have their biography hosted on E-Cards with a link to their own web site. Artists will also receive a direct link to their images for faster E-Card access and sending.

To Qualify for Image Approval:

Submission selection is decided by the E-Cards Artist Review Panel. Our panel favors the following themes: wildlife, nature, environment, indigenous peoples, destinations, exotic locations, holidays, special occasions and animations. We also evaluate work to see if it fills any missing "holes" in E-Cards' content. Lastly, in reviewing all work, our panel tries to make its evaluations based on the following criteria:
  • Thematic fit with our site
  • Content appropriateness
  • Image/scan quality
  • Inherent appeal

Details For Submitting Your Image(s):

If you are interested in joining one of these programs and meet the above qualifications, please send us an e-mail containing the following information:
  1. Your name
  2. Your website URL (if applicable)
  3. Title for each image
  4. Geographic locations for each image (if applicable)
    5. Images submitted should meet the following requirements:
    • File format: GIF, JPEG, TIFF, Photoshop or Flash/SWF. Only digital images can be submitted (no hard-copy images).
    • File size: 1 meg or smaller.
    • Minimum dimension (height or width): 500 pixels
  5. Artists will be asked to sign a statement verifying that they are the artist and sole copyright owner of their E-Cards submissions, upon acceptance of their work.
  6. Photographs containing images of people will require photo releases.
